When we discovered Domaine Le Gabachou, we were captivated by the setting: an old farmhouse, mature gardens and the Canal du Midi passing quietly at the end of the grounds.

We saw the opportunity to create the kind of place we love to stay ourselves - relaxed, characterful and personal, with thoughtful hospitality that never gets in the way of a guest’s independence.

We are gradually refreshing the gîtes and the wider domaine while protecting the atmosphere that makes it special. We want guests to feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, whether they come to rest, explore, celebrate or spend precious time with family and friends.

We are always happy to share a recommendation, arrange an experience or prepare something delicious. Equally, when what you need is peace and privacy, we understand that too.
